STAGING A VACANT PROPERTY: (Free Preview & Quote) Our installation fee for 4-5 rooms plus baths is $1,400. The rooms most significant to buyers are staged with attractive furnishings, window treatments and accessories that compliment the home. In addition, a monthly lease fee that ranges from $800 to $1,700 (depending on the amount of furniture) is applied to each 30-day period.
